Mortgage and loan calculator
Indicative result. Not financial advice.
How the payment is calculated
This calculator uses the most common system, constant payments (the French method): you pay the same amount each month, and at first most of it is interest, which falls over time.
Payment = principal × i ÷ (1 − (1 + i)−n)
Where i is the monthly interest rate (the annual rate divided by 12) and n is the number of months.
Fixed or variable mortgage
If your mortgage is fixed, enter its rate as it is. If it is variable, the rate is the Euribor plus a spread, so you can add the two for an estimate. That payment will change when the rate is reviewed.
What it does not include
The result is indicative. It does not include fees, insurance, valuation or notary costs, or taxes. For the exact payment, check your bank's offer.
